Before & After School Care and Vacation Care Enrolments

Please follow the steps below using our operating system XAP to create your COOSC account!

Step 1

To get started, simply click “Enrol Now” to create your XAP account. Once logged in, you will be able to fill out the online enrolment form for your child. Please remember: if you are enrolling more than one child, a separate enrolment form must be completed for each child.

Step 2

We will review your enrolment form once submitted and a member of our team will then be in touch to confirm and finalise your child’s enrolment. You can also email us at clovellyoosc@gmail.com if you have any questions or require any assistance.
