Meet the Clovelly OOSC Team

  • Brooke Director & Nominated Supervisor

    Hi, my name is Brooke and I am the Director of Clovelly Out of School Care. I have worked at COOSC for a year but previously was Assistant Director of COOSC for three years.

    I have a Certificate 3 and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Bachelor of Primary Teaching and a Certificate 2 in Auslan (Australian Sign Language).

    I have worked in the sector for 15 years and I absolutely love OOSH!

    In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, reading, content creating, cooking and going to the movies.

    COOSC is an incredible place to work and I love being a part of such a fantastic community. Building relationships with the Clovelly children and families since I first started back in 2019 has been such a lovely experience.

  • Mackenzie Assistant Director

    Hi families! I’m Mackenzie, the Assistant Director here at COOSC. I've been apart of the COOSC community since November 2024.

    I've been working in the industry for 12 years. I have a Certificate and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.

    In my spare time you can find me at the gym, doing coastal walks, hanging with friends or at the beach.

    I value making a positive impact on children in the early years, helping them develop in a safe and secure environment. COOSC has supported this in every way! It’s an amazing workplace to be apart of. The children and families make this possible.

  • Milla Permanent Educator

    Hi, my name is Milla Ippindo, I am a permanent educator and I’ve been proud to be part of the COOSC team for the past 2.5 years. I studied Jewellery Engineering, and in my spare time, I love designing unique pieces of jewellery and keeping active through Pilates.

    What I enjoy most about working at COOSC is the incredible environment. It truly feels like a family here, where everyone supports and cares for each other. I love seeing the children grow, explore, and develop their own interests every day, it’s so rewarding to be part of their journey and to contribute to a space where they feel safe, happy, and inspired.

  • Kirra Permanent Educator & Vacation Care Coordinator

    Hi Coosc Families, I'm Kirra! I have been at COOSC for 6 months, I am a part of the permanent team and I am the Vacation Care Coordinator. 

    I'm currently studying my Certificate 3 in early childhood education at Tafe. I have been in the OOSH industry for 4 years now! 
     
    In my spare time I love going to the beach, coastal walks, gym and spending time with my friends! 
     
    What I love the most about COOSC is the beautiful community surrounding the service. The families, staff and children make coming to work enjoyable each and every day!  Being an educator at COOSC feels so rewarding as I get to be a positive part of the children's lives outside of school hours! 
  • Tomika Permanent Educator

    Hi coosc family’s, my name is Mika. I am part of the permanent team and I have been working at COOSC for the past two and half years now.

    In my spare time, I love going for swims, hanging out with family and friends, and playing sports.

    I love working at COOSC because it's such a fun and rewarding job. I especially enjoy helping the children come out of their shells, try new things, and watching the excitement on their faces when they succeed. It's an amazing feeling to be part of their growth and confidence.

  • Emily Educator

    Hi families, my name is Emily and I have been a COOSC Educator for 3 years.

    I’m currently studying at the University of Technology Sydney and am doing a Bachelor of Communications in Strategic Communications.

    I love camping up the coast, hanging by the beach, exercising at the gym and a getting a regular sweet treat (preferably Yochi). Working at COOSC quickly became a great source of joy in my life, your amazing children are filled with such energy and enthusiasm. I really enjoy doing arts and crafts with the children and am particularly skilled in slime making, as you may have already seen.

    I am looking forward to a great year of fun and will see you all at COOSC!

  • Corey Educator

    Hi there, my name is Corey, and I’ve been working at COOSC for 2.5 years. I’m currently in my third year of a Bachelor of Public Health and Business at the University of Technology Sydney.

    On the weekends, you’ll often find me at the beach or out walking my dog, which many of the children have spotted me doing! I love being outdoors and staying active, and I also have a strong passion for nutrition and enjoy baking in my spare time.

    I love working at COOSC because I’m passionate about children’s health and development. Over the past few years, I’ve come to feel a real part of this wonderful community, and I truly value the special relationships we build with the children.

  • Jake Educator

    Hello, My name is Jake and I've been working at COOSC for around 4 years now.

    I'm currently studying my post-grad honours in psychology at UTS with hopes of becoming a registered psychologist down the line.

    When I'm not at COOSC, I love to spend time with my friends, reading and going to see new movies every (cheap) tuesday at The Ritz.

    I love working at COOSC as it such an awesome environment to be apart of and is extremely rewarding to have a positive impact on the Clovelly children at such an important period of their lives!

  • Sophia Permanent Educator

    Hi! My name is Sophia, and I’ve worked at COOSC since March 2026. I have worked as an OSHC educator for over a year now, but I have taught dance and run holiday workshops since I was 16. I’ve nearly finished my Certificate III in School Based Education Support, and have a passion for working with children with additional needs. 

    I love the environment that the COOSC community has created, and I genuinely enjoy coming to work. Seeing the children grow each day and chatting to families is such a joy! Outside of work I teach dance, make music, crochet, and see my wonderful friends.

    Hi, I’m James. I’ve been working at COOSC for the past couple of months and have really enjoyed being part of the team. I’m currently studying Architecture at UTS, which lets me explore my creative side. Outside of work, I love playing AFL and spending time at the beach. Working at COOSC has been such a rewarding experience, I love inspiring the younger generation and helping create fun, positive experiences for the children every day.

    Hello! My name is Bronte and I’ve been working at COOSC for the past two years.

    I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing, specialising in paediatrics.

    Outside of work I love spending time at the beach, enjoying dinners with friends, and doing Pilates.

    I really enjoy working at COOSC because I love spending time with children and helping create a fun, engaging environment for them.

    Hi, I’m Ollie! I’ve been part of the COOSC team since 2023 while studying Design at Billy Blue College. Outside of work you’ll usually find me at the beach, playing tennis, or enjoying all things entertainment.

    What I love most about COOSC is the amazing team I get to work with every day—and the bonus of being so close to the beach! Most of all, I enjoy getting to know the children, joining in their games, and helping create fun experiences together.

    Hi, I’m Shenna! I’ve been part of the COOSC team since January 2024.

    I’m currently studying Architecture at UTS, and when I’m not at uni you’ll usually find me at the beach, on a trip, big or small, or spending time with friends and family.

    I really enjoy working at COOSC because I love building positive connections with the children through fun experiences and watching them develop into curious and remarkable young people.

    My name is Grace Conacher and I’ve been working at COOSC for the past two years.

    I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Communication and Media, and when I’m not working or studying, I love going on coastal walks, followed by a swim and a coffee.

    I really enjoy working at COOSC because the children are always so fun with the best little personalities, and I also love the amazing team I get to work with every day.

    Hi there! My name is Hannah, and I’ve been working at COOSC for almost two years. I’m currently completing my undergraduate degree in Writing and Publishing, along with a Master of Secondary Teaching.

    In my spare time, I enjoy painting, baking, and spending time at the beach.

    Working at COOSC has been such a rewarding experience. I’ve loved building strong, positive relationships with the children at Clovelly Public School and being part of their learning and growth in such a fun and supportive environment.

    Hi, I’m Nick. I’ve been working at COOSC for over a year now and have really enjoyed being part of such a great community.

    I’m currently studying Primary Education, and in my free time I love reading and travelling.

    One of the things I enjoy most about working at COOSC is that no two days are ever the same, there’s always something new to learn and experience with the children.

    I’ve been working at COOSC for 11 months and am currently studying a Bachelor of Education in Physical and Health.

    In my free time, I enjoy football, golf, tennis, going to the beach, and hitting the gym.

    I love working at COOSC because it’s such a positive and welcoming environment. Everyone is so friendly, and I really enjoy building meaningful relationships with the children as they learn and grow.

    Hi, my name is Flynn Herbert, and I’ve been working at COOSC for six months. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management.

    In my spare time, I enjoy football, tennis, going to the cinema, spending time at the beach, and keeping active at the gym.

    I love working at COOSC because of the friendly and supportive environment. It’s so rewarding to watch the children grow, build strong relationships, and help create a safe, positive space where they can learn, develop, and have fun.

    I’ve been working at COOSC since June 2025, and have really enjoyed my first three months here.

    I’m currently studying Environmental Biology at university. In my free time, I enjoy fitness, music, and sports.

    What I love most about working at COOSC is the wonderful sense of community. It’s amazing to see the friendships that form between the children, educators, parents, and the wider Clovelly community, it really makes the environment so special.

    My name is Kristine Frantzis and I started working at COOSC at the beginning of 2025

    I am currently studying Media and Communication in the fashion industry, which I am really passionate about.

    In my free time, I love going on walks with my friends and doing Pilates.

    I enjoy working at COOSC because I love spending time with the children, supporting their growth, and creating a fun and positive environment for them.

    Hi, I’m Charlie. I’ve been part of the COOSC team for two months while studying my Master of Teaching (Secondary).

    Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, sports, and spending time outdoors.

    I love working at COOSC because it gives me the chance to support children in a fun, engaging environment and further develop my teaching skills. A big highlight has also been the supportive relationships with fellow educators, which makes COOSC such a positive place to work.

  • Olga COOSC Chef

    Hi, my name is Olga, and I’m the COOSC Chef! In my spare time, I enjoy reading and experimenting with all sorts of fun and creative recipes in the kitchen.

    I have a strong interest in political economics, corporate law, children’s nutrition, and children’s behaviour.

    What I love most about working at COOSC is, simply, the children—for the love of children, as I like to say. I truly love you all.

    COOSC is the most beautiful environment to work in, and for me, it feels like coming home every day.

    My name is Rebecca and I am an educator at Clovelly Out of School Care. I have worked here for just over a month!
    I have a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education with a specialism in Physical Education. I have 3 years experience in teaching primary school children.
    In my free time I enjoy running, going to the beach, reading, shopping and spending time with friends.
    Despite only being part of the COOSC community for a short time, I have been welcomed into a great environment, building relationships with the children and families. COOSC is an amazing place to work with a positive and strong focus on providing exceptional care for children.

    My name is Ali, I’ve been at COOSC since October 2024! 

    I completed my bachelor in media and communication at UTS but for now I am loving working at COOSC! I am obsessed with the beach like most Aussies and enjoy being outdoors as much as I can, I travel as often as I am able too and I love to go thrifting!

    I love working at COOSC because we are surrounded by such a welcoming and supportive team. Building relationships with the children and seeing their young minds develop over time is a wonderful and rewarding experience.

    Hey everyone my names Amelia and I have been at COOSC since February 2026.

    I'm currently studying at Sydney University doing a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Leadership. I love going for swims at bronte, runs around centennial park and of course the coogee to bondi walk with my friends.

    Working at COOSC has been such a fun and energetic experience and I always feel welcomed and excited to build positive relationships with the children and families.

    Hi, I’m Aneesa and I have been working at COOSC since February 2026. I am finishing up a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Marketing and Sociology at The University of Sydney.

    In my free time I love going for coffee with my friends with a morning swim and some sun lined up after! I love hanging out at the beach, while playing and learning new card games.

    I love working at coosc because I leave feeling fulfilled by the children's energy and happiness. The team is extremely supportive and I have gained some great friends! I am lucky to be a part of a workplace that is so positive.

    Hi, I’m Ella and I have been working at COOSC since February 2026. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Fashion and Marketing at Torrens University.

    In my free time I enjoy running, going down the coast, to the movies, pilates, reading and going to yochi for a sweet treat. I enjoy working at COOSC because of the positive energy the children bring into work every day. With only working for a couple of months, I have built strong relationships with the children and gained some good friends with my colleagues. It is such a rewarding environment to work in and I am so grateful to be apart of such a supportive team.

  • Kobi Educator

    Hi, I’m Kobi. I have been an educator at COOSC since January 2026. I grew up local around the Waverley and Bondi area, and have only recently graduated from Waverley college in 2025.

    I love playing Rugby League and am currently contracted to play with the Wests Tigers u19’s squad. I spend most my mornings in the ocean followed by a large cappuccino along side my eggs on toast. Furthermore, I also enjoy training, both by myself and with mates, whether it is in the gym or on the field. Outside of this field of work, I aspire to play Rugby League professionally, as either a player or a coach.

    Hi, I’m Milla J and I have been working at COOSC since the end of 2025! I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Marketing and minoring in Psychology) at The University of Sydney.

    In my free time I love going to the beach, going on walks and going to the movies with my friends. My favourite sport is netball and it’s great being able to play with and teach some of those skills to the children.

    I enjoy working at COOSC because I love spending time and building strong relationships with the children. It is such a positive and fun environment to be in, and it is so rewarding to be a part of their learning and growth.

    Hey there, my name is Oscar.

    I have been working at COOSC for the last few months, and have been absoultely loving my time here so far. I am currently at UTS doing business which im really enjoying being fresh out of school. Outside of this I also love playing AFL, surfing, and golf. Working at COOSC has been such a good experience so far, I really love being back at my old primary school, and seeing the children going through what I went through. Its really rewarding to have an influence on how the children enjoy there school experience.

    Hi my name is Saskia! I've been working at COOSC since the end of 2025. I am currently studying a double degree in Business and Law at UTS, looking to pursue a career in environmental law. 

    Outside of COOSC I enjoy spending time outdoors. I love camping, hiking, painting, swimming and playing netball. COOSC has given me a great opportunity to share my hobbies and help the children grow!

    I enjoy working at COOSC because of the supportive, friendly and welcoming environment. COOSC has given me the opportunity to build meaningful and positive connections with the children. Getting to know each child has been rewarding and so much fun!

    Hi, I’m Will I’ve been at Coosc since October 2025.

    I’m a rugby league player and my biggest highlight in footy was getting picked to represent my culture in the under 18s M?ori rugby league team. I’m also a landscaper by trade and completing that at the moment. 

    I have recently graduated highschool from Waverley college in September 2025. A couple hobbies I have include going to the Beach and the gym. Some of my favourite things to do at coosc is playing sport with the kids,  having a laugh with everyone and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

  • Ester Educator

    Hey everyone, I’m Ester and I have recently arrived in Sydney from England! I've been at COOSC for the past couple of months now and I am absolutely loving it here so far. 

    Back in England I completed a Bachelor of honours degree in Psychology. When i'm not at COOSC I love going to the beach, going to the theatre and i love all things fitness, competing in netball, hyrox and running races!

    I love working at COOSC because I have a strong passion on the development of children and how best we can positively impact the children's lives. It's an amazing feeling to be able to create such meaningful relationships with the Children. And obviously, I cannot forget,  I also have a great time because I’m surrounded by such a lovely community and supportive team.

    My names Molly and I’ve just started at COOSC! I have previous experience in after school care back home in Brisbane. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Majoring in Acting and I am currently completing my Masters in Secondary Teaching Degree Majoring in Drama & English. 

    I enjoy going to the beach, camping in my van, cooking and going to the theatre. In the short time I’ve been at COOSC I’ve found the community extremely welcoming. I’ve enjoyed getting to know the kids and what makes them unique!

    Hello, I’m Bernadette and I am a new educator at COOSC. I grew up in Clovelly and went to clovelly public school myself! I am currently studying a Bachelor of Business at UTS.

    Outside of work and university I love spending time at the beach and going for walks with friends, baking and painting. 

    Working at COOSC is great because I love being apart of the Clovelly community, spending time with the amazing children and having fun!

    Hey, I’m Noah and I’ve been working at Coosc since June this year. I’m currently studying a Business degree at UTS and work in NRL statistics on the Weekend.

    In my free time I enjoy going to the beach and watching sports like Rugby League, Cricket, NFL and Soccer.

    I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far and I look forward to getting to know all the children.

    Outside of COOSC, I love to play soccer, bake, go to the beach and spend time outdoors.

    Hey, my names Zahli! I have been working at COOSC since June 2026. I am currently studying a communications degree at UTS, majoring in digital and social media. 

    Outside of COOSC I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, whether that be at the beach or catching up over lunch. 

    At my time at COOSC, i’ve enjoyed connecting with the kids and learning about all their individual personalities. COOSC is such a welcoming and rewarding environment to be in.

    Hey my name is Kelly! I have just recently joined COOSC in July and am loving my time here already. 

    I’m a primary school teacher (sometimes at Clovelly Public) and dance teacher. When I’m not at COOSC I’m at the beach, dancing or just hanging out with my friends! 

    COOSC is such a great place to be, and there's always something to do with such awesome educators!
